Itanagar: A fact finding committee of the union ministry of human resources development has assured that all issues relating to North East Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST) would be addressed within three months, official sources said on Thursday.
The committee members including HRD ministry’s Economic Adviser R S Meena and National Innovative Council Member Sanjay Dhanbe came here on Wednesday in the wake of a series of agitation by students and employees over non-fulfilmemt of their demands.
The demands include 45 per cent reservation in Group C & D jobs for Arunachalees.
