Jalalabad: A huge explosion has been heard outside the Indian consulate in Afghanistan`s eastern city of Jalalabad.
Casualties are feared. However, reports say that staff at the consulate are safe.
The Afghan Taliban have reportedly claimed responsibility for the blast.
