Two opposition activists killed in NW Pakistan

Two workers of the opposition PML-Q party were killed by suspected militants in Shangla district in northwest Pakistan, police said.

district in northwest Pakistan on Wednesday, police said.

One of the PML-Q workers was killed at Martong village
in Shangla district, which is part of the restive Swat valley.

Another PML-Q worker was killed at Kabul Raang.
No group claimed responsibility for the killings.

Traders and shopkeepers closed their establishments to
protest the killings and demanded the arrest of the killers.
