HC grants anticipatory bail to Karuna`s grandson

The Madras High Court on Monday granted anticipatory bail to a grandson of DMK Chief M Karunanidhi who apprehended arrest for alleged trespass, forgery and intimidation.

anticipatory bail to a grandson of DMK Chief M Karunanidhi
who apprehended arrest for alleged trespass, forgery and
intimidation.

Granting bail, Justice T Sudanthiram directed petitioner
M K M Arivunidhi, son of Karunanidhi`s first son M K Muthu, to
appear before the police as and when required.

A Venkatesh and Rajesh Annamalai lodged a complaint with
the Central Crime Branch against Arivunidhi for alleged
intimidation and offence under The Tamil Nadu Public Property
(Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act.
