Rameswaram: One person has been arrested for allegedly raping a 23-year-old speech and hearing impaired pregnant woman near Dhanuskodi here, police said on Saturday.
The woman, mother of two children, was allegedly raped by her neighbour last night, sources said.
Her husband is abroad.
