Two abandoned boats with fake registration numbers recovered at Daman coast

Kandhiya: Daman Marine Police on Wednesday recovered two abandoned fishing boats near Kadhaiya at the Daman coast.

The boats found at the coast were unmanned and empty, and their registration number turned out to be fake after which the agencies are investigating the matter.

After the recovery of the boats on the sixth anniversary of the Mumbai attacks, the region has been put on alert.
