40-year-old woman`s head crushed with stone

A 40-year-old woman was allegedly killed by unidentified persons, who crushed her head with a stone, police said.

Meerut: A 40-year-old woman was allegedly
killed by unidentified persons, who crushed her head with a
stone, in the district here, police said.

The body of Babita Chaudhary was found today in her
house with her head crushed with a stone, senior police
official Prabal Pratap Singh said, adding prima facie it
seemed somebody close to the victim killed her as there was no
evidence of looting found in the house.
