Debt-ridden farmer commits suicide in UP

Lucknow: A debt-ridden farmer allegedly
committed suicide in Andwara village of Mahoba district, police
said here on Wednesday.

Devi Singh Rajput (30), who was depressed after he
sold his land recently to repay the loan, was found hanging
from a tree yesterday in Kulpahad area of the village, they
said.

Further investigation is on into the incident, police
said.
