Sambhal: In a suspected case of dishonour killing, a woman was shot dead allegedly by her brothers in the district after she married against her family`s wishes, police said on Sunday.
Ruby (25) was killed by Nasir and Zakir last evening in Mahmood Khan Sarai locality.
Her husband Tahir, who was also present on the spot, managed to escape.
The police have lodged an FIR in this regard and efforts are on to nab the accused.
