Mirzapur: Five persons have been
arrested by the Special Operation Group of the police and seven quintals of ganja was recovered from them near Lalganj area here, police said Monday.
The arrests were made yesterday on a tip off that a
huge quantity of ganja was being carried for supply in
different districts of the state, Superintendent of Police
Mirzapur K Satyanarain told reporters.
The narcotics was being supplied from Nepal through
Bihar.
