Lucknow: A five-year-old girl was raped in
Gomti Nagar locality here, police said on Tuesday.
The girl was found abandoned near a railway line in Gomti Nagar, they said, adding she was sent for medical examination, which confirmed sexual assault.
The police has lodged a case in the matter and a probe was on.
