Ghaziabad: A property dealer was stabbed
to death by unidentified persons at Loni town here, police
said today.
Ravinder Tyagi (52), a resident of Hastinapur in
Meerut, was taking a stroll outside his relative's house last
night when three or four unidentified persons assaulted and
stabbed him, SP (City) A K Vijeta said.
Tyagi died on way to hospital and his body has been
sent for post-mortem, he said, adding, a case of murder has
been registered and a search is on to locate the assailants.
Tyagi was allegedly involved in a property dispute in
Loni and he was visiting the town in order to solve it, Vijeta
said.
