Three children drown in pond

Azamgarh (UP): Three children on Monday drowned while taking bath in a pond in Sanjarpur village in Saraimeer area here, police said.
Ahmad (12), Azam (10) and Akram (9) slipped into deep water while taking bath in the pond and drowned, they said.

The locals later fished out their bodies from the water body, they added.
