UP: Couple commits suicide

Sitapur; A couple allegedly committed suicide
by hanging themselves with a tree in a village in Maholi area,
police said on Friday.

Tullu (21) and Radha (20), who were neighbours, apparently
due to objections to their relationship from their families
hanged themselves with a tree in Marsanda village, police
said.

As their families came to know about the incident, they
disposed of the bodies in a river without informing police.

Investigations are on into the matter, police said.
