UP: Man kills minor daughter for having affair

Barabanki: A man allegedly killed his minor
daughter for having an affair with a youth Dabbupur area,
police said on Friday.

Rauf attacked his daughter Yasmeen late last evening and
slit her throat with a scissor in Gopalpur Kodari village,
Superintendent of Police R K Bhardwaj said.

He said that on March 19, Rauf caught Yasmeen with a
madarsa teacher, with whom she was allegedly having an affair.

Rauf, who had been arrested, told police that he wanted
to kill his daughter the same day, the SP said.
