Drug peddler held from campus

Dehra Dun: Police arrested a drug peddler for
allegedly selling intravenous sedatives to students of schools
and colleges at Nanda Ki Chowki area here.

Police said acting on a tip-off, they laid a trap
yesterday and arrested Chanchal Shetri (22) outside an
institute when he was selling drugs and recovered 700
injections of sedatives from him.

Shetri, a resident of Race Course locality here, confessed
to police that he brought the drugs from Bareilly in Uttar
Pradesh.

A case is registered against him.
