Sydney: A French court has decided not to drop aggravated pimping charges against former International Monetary Fund (IMF) chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn.
The charges relate to sex parties held in a luxury hotel in the northern city of Lille.
This is the last major inquiry the 63-year-old is fighting in France.
According to the Herald Sun, the court in the French city of Douai decided on Wednesday to retain the preliminary charges.
His lawyer said that the French politician chief would appeal, the report said.
Strauss-Kahn`s lawyers have said he attended ‘libertine’ gatherings but didn`t know some women present were paid.
