Johannesburg: Nelson Mandela’s grandson Mandla on Wednesday lost the graves relocation case against the other members of the Mandela family, according to BBC.
The case involves the remains of the three children of Nelson Mandela which were allegedly moved from the family graveyard by Mandla two years ago to his nearby homestead.
A high court ordered that the remains should be restored by Wednesday afternoon.
The former South African president who is admitted in the hospital for over two week now, is undergoing lung infection treatment.
It is yet to be known if Mandla will chalenge the ruling of the court.
Earlier, 16 members of the Mandela family were granted an interim order to move the remains from Mandla`s homestead in Mvezo to Qunu.
