The unconfirmed reports have stated that thousands of civilians are afraid to leave, as per a BBC news report.

Caught in the cross-fire between the Bashar al-Assad government and the Syrian rebels, thousands of civilians were allowed to leave the area after a deal was made between the two warring sides.

Moaddamiyah, one of the worst affected areas of the country, surrounded by the Syrian Army.

The Syrian residents are the worse affected in the ongoing war between the rebels and the government for over past three years.

Hundreds of thousands of Syrian refugees have since then fled the country.
