Moscow: Three people were killed in a shootout which broke out in a cafe in the capital of Russia`s North Caucasus region of Dagestan, late Sunday.
"A group of men started shooting at each other, three people died on site as a result. The circumstances are now being established," said a source in the region`s investigative committee.
It was yet to be ascertained what caused the shooting.
