A Ukraine ceasefire deal agreed in Minsk Thursday is not "a comprehensive solution" nor a "breakthrough", Germany`s foreign minister said Thursday, after marathon four-way talks between leaders.

Berlin: A Ukraine ceasefire deal agreed in Minsk Thursday is not "a comprehensive solution" nor a "breakthrough", Germany`s foreign minister said Thursday, after marathon four-way talks between leaders.

Frank-Walter Steinmeier, who attended the negotiations in Belarus, said in a written statement that he welcomed the agreement but "without any exuberance".
