Woman gang-raped

Some ten men allegedly gang-raped a 25-year-old woman in her house and took away Rs 7,000 and several domestic items before fleeing, police said.

Rewari: Some ten men allegedly gang-raped a 25-year-old woman in her house on the outskirts of the city and took away Rs 7,000 and several domestic items before fleeing, police said on Saturday.
Around 10 men first tied the woman`s husband to a cot at gun-point and then allegedly raped her in her house located in Baliar Khurd village, some nine-km from Rewari, last night.

They also took away a tractor-trolley, parked in the premises of the house, Rs 7,000 and a number of domestic items before making good their escape, police said.
A case of gang-rape and dacoity had been registered and a hunt launched to nab them.
