New Delhi: Dehydration usually occurs when our body does not have as much water as it should. We all might have suffered from dehydration but might not be aware of its symptoms. We can even suffer from blood clots and even seizures when our body becomes dehydrated. Even a mild dehydration can lower your energy levels. So, it is important to keep a check on your daily water intake.

One of the most common and visible symptoms of dehydration is excessive thirst. You may feel thirsty frequently (in every few minutes) because of low water intake.
If your skin is dry then there is a chance that you might be suffering from dehydration as your skin tends to become scorched you do not have enough blood volume.
Dehydration can cause you bad breath as it prevent your body from making enough saliva and can leads to bacterial overgrowth.
If you are not like urinating frequently then you might be suffering from dehydration. And also check the colour of your urine as orange and yellow colour indicate dehydration.
When you are dehydrated, you might feel dizziness and light-headedness as your energy level is down as there is low fluid levels in the body.
