New Delhi: Just like millions of people across the globe, the iconic Oprah Winfrey too had a tough time battling the monster called obesity!
To recount her struggles and experiences, Winfrey has made her debut as the new Weight Watchers' lead spokeswoman. And she has indeed given a powerful message for women struggling to lose weight.
Not mincing words, the 61-year-old media mogul speaks frankly in this emotional video as she hopes to inspire people to start their own weight loss journey and never give up.
"Inside every overweight woman is a woman she knows she can be. Many times you look in the mirror and you don't even recognize your own self because you got lost, buried in the weight that you carry," Winfrey said.
