New Delhi: Aasiya Begum Ansari, mother of Vice President Hamid Ansari, passed away early Thursday morning after a brief illness, family sources said.
The 96-year old lady, Aasiya Begum, breathed her last at 0130 hours at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences.
