Boy dies after slipping into drain in Lucknow

Lucknow: A six-year-old boy died after he allegedly slipped into a drain overflowing due to rains in Aliganj area, police said here Monday.

Mohd Kaif accidentally slipped in an overflowing drain last evening while he was playing infront of his house in Banarasi tola locality, they said.
Kaif, stuck inside the drain, was rushed to a hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
In another incident, a boy Rajesh (5) died after he fell into an under-construction deep sewer line on Jail road in Alambagh area, police said.
