Lucknow: A 12-year-old boy was beaten to death allegedly over suspicion of stealing a mobile phone in Jhansi district, police said on Friday.
The Neeraj was fatally assaulted allegedly by one Shobharam and his son Bhagwan Singh on suspicion of stealing a mobile phone in Thakurpura village in Babina area yesterday.
The minor succumbed to his injuries, they said.
Police said that Bhagwan has been arrested.
